Darryl Norman Resign!!

Have to second the motion. Darryl Norman should resign. In talking with other Florida NLA members what President for Life (hopefully not) Darryl Norman has tried to pull off with the election, the nominating committee and the Host contract have people outraged.

Darryl - why don't you empty your desk, hand in your resignation and walk out the door. We will give you a plaque stating what a good guy you are that you can hang on the wall. I bet LCT and Digest will even write articles extolling your virtues. But you better leave now - if you wait to long who knows what will happen with the lawsuit and the election

I have to third Hesch's motion, but I want to say something about the legal aspect. When our lawsuit gets filed, if Darry PFL Norman is still president of NLA, he WILL be named as a defendant for a number of actions he has unlawfully taken - not the least of which is fraud and deceit, acting ultra vires (which means far beyond his authority), and for breaching a whole raft of fiduciary duties owed to NLA. A bit later this weekend, I'm going to address provisions of the NLA-Host Communciations contract that this turkey actually signed (without authority from the board and without the Executive Director ever signing it). Luckily, it is not binding because of Norman's stupidity. Norman is trying to get commitments from directors (old and new alike) to elect him President AGAIN!!! This turkey is out of touch with reality. He is a disaster and easily the WORST president of NLA since the beginning. He has virtually brought down the NLA single-handedly. Since he reads this forum in strict silence: listen up President for Life - resign soon because your name is already on the lawsuit and the only thing we promise is to take it off if you resign before it's filed, and we're not going to tell you when that will be. I can't wait to sit this nincompoop down and take his deposition under oath. But I'm willing to make a bet - this narcissist will stay on because he thinks he can be re-elected, he won't be, and when he gets sued the new board will sell him out and NLA won't pay his legal fees, and he'll go down for the count. Bye, bye President for Life, bye, bye!!!!
