The BWI/Dulles area is just like NYC. I believe it is too flooded.
I have driven for a company 5 years now. I am strongly considering starting my own. In my area, there are a total of 10 limousine companies (Harrisburg, PA).
I believe that with the right marketing and first time discount, I will be able to make this thing work.
